In this sense, one of our customer, a french major cosmetics company, wants us to create a team of data experts (partly Data Quality & BI and partly data science). Within this data science team, we are looking for

clinical data scientists

to join the team in order to provide clinical trial analysis on high-impact, scientifically rigorous projects.

Your mission You will work at the intersection of

statistics, clinical science, and decision-making

, contributing directly to the robustness and credibility of clinical studies.

About the Role As a Clinical Data Scientist at Enovalife, you will join our team dedicated to supporting the life sciences industries on their Data & AI activities. You will work on strategic projects aimed at strengthening the scientific robustness of clinical studies and leveraging data from trials. Your role will be key in designing, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets using advanced statistical methods and Bayesian approaches.

Key Responsibilities Design statistical analysis plans for clinical studies (sample size calculation, experimental design, power calculations). Participate in blind review with clinicians and data manager. Perform statistical analyses (mixed models, ANOVA, regressions, multivariate analyses). Develop robust, reproducible scripts in R (tidyverse, lme4, brms) and/or Python. Ensure quality, traceability, and reproducibility of analyses. Collaborate with clinical, R&D, and Data Science teams. Contribute to writing scientific reports and regulatory documentation. Nice to Have: Implement Bayesian approaches (Gaussian or binomial linear mixed model, MCMC algorithm, ...) for modeling and decision-making.

Desired Profile Master’s degree or PhD in Biostatistics, Applied Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent. 1–3 years of experience in statistical analysis, ideally in a clinical or cosmetic context. Strong knowledge of classical and Bayesian statistical methods. Excellent skills in R (tidyverse, lme4, brms, rstan) or Python (pandas, statsmodels, pymc). Familiarity with Git/GitHub and development best practices. Scientific rigor, critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
