4+ years of hands-on Red Team experience in complex, highly regulated environments with a proven track record of high-impact offensive operations. ~ Proficiency in scripting and development using Python, PowerShell, or Go to build custom tools, payloads, and resilient C2 infrastructure. ~ Demonstrated ability to evade modern defenses , including EDR, endpoint protection, and network detection systems, ensuring stealth and operational resilience. ~ Practical experience in cloud and identity offense , targeting cloud control planes (AWS, Azure, GCP) and identity systems (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD) for persistence and escalation. ~ Strong communication skills in English , with the ability to deliver clear technical reports and executive summaries, and present findings to both technical and C-level stakeholders. ~ Plan and execute full-spectrum Red Team operations , from initial access to data exfiltration, emulating advanced persistent threats in real-world scenarios. Develop and deploy custom attack tools and payloads to test the resilience of modern security architectures across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments. Design and run sophisticated attack scenarios in collaboration with internal Red and White Teams to challenge blue teams and uncover critical security gaps. Support broader cybersecurity initiatives , including threat research, security uplift programs, and internal training—when not conducting live operations.
