Senior Frontend Developer

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer who is more than a builder — you are a feature owner, a UX advocate, and someone who thrives on delivering meaningful, high-quality user experiences. You will contribute to a mature design system, elevate component architecture, and ensure the frontend remains fast, accessible, resilient, and scalable.

Responsibilities

Define and guide the technical direction of the frontend ecosystem, leading the evolution of the Design System and Component Library with a strong focus on modularity, consistency, and reusability across teams and products. Own Core Web Vitals and frontend performance metrics by optimizing bundle sizes, build speeds, and asset delivery, and applying advanced techniques such as React Server Components within Next.js. Architect efficient data and state management strategies, promoting localized state, minimal Context usage, and well-structured solutions for complex flows. Optimize API interactions using GraphQL and Apollo Client, ensuring effective caching and data synchronization. Act as a core contributor to improving developer experience by refining CI/CD pipelines, enhancing local development tooling, and creating or maintaining high-quality engineering documentation. Champion accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring WCAG compliance and delivering reliable, intuitive experiences across devices, screen sizes, and assistive technologies. Lead by example through high-quality code, rigorous reviews, and strong standards for testing, security, and architecture. Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

6+ years of professional frontend development experience, including 4+ years with React and TypeScript in large-scale applications, with a proven record of designing and shipping complex, high-impact features. Strong system-level architectural thinking and ownership mindset. Deep expertise in frontend performance, including browser internals, runtime behavior, and network performance, with a history of delivering substantial improvements. Expert-level mastery of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and core browser APIs, with a clear understanding of how modern frameworks operate under the hood. Advanced experience with GraphQL, Apollo Client, and modern caching strategies, including designing efficient API contracts and minimizing unnecessary client-side state. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate product goals and user insights into elegant, scalable technical solutions.
