Conversational AI maintenance & evolution project , working on enterprise chatbot and voicebot solutions built on

Cognigy platform

Full Remote | Flexible Schedule | International Environment

What will you do? Maintain and enhance chatbot & voicebot solutions in production Optimize conversational flows, intents and integrations Analyze and resolve incidents and performance issues Implement new business requirements Work closely with Product Owners, Conversation Designers & DevOps Ensure scalability and stability of AI solutions

What are we looking for? ✔ 2–3 years of experience developing chatbots (Cognigy as main platform) ✔ Experience in maintenance & support environments ✔ Strong knowledge of NLU concepts & conversational design ✔ REST API integrations ✔ JavaScript and/or Python ✔ Cloud experience (Azure preferred) ✔ English C1 (German is a plus )
