Project Manager – Professional Services Location: Italy or Spain (Hybrid model)

We are looking for an experienced

Project Manager

to join our Professional Services team, leading multiple high‑impact customer projects across the full project lifecycle. This role is

critical and demanding : you will ensure that customer solutions are designed, implemented, and delivered according to the highest standards — with a strong focus on

customer satisfaction, delivery excellence, and project profitability . You will work closely with PMO, Delivery Managers, Architects, Consultants, Sales teams, and Business Partners to consistently exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities Act as the

primary point of contact

for customers on all Services-related projects. Manage planning, execution, and project closure within

scope, timeline, and budget . Identify and track availability of consultants and subcontractors. Provide ongoing direction to internal delivery resources and subcontractors. Deliver real-time project reporting to stakeholders. Provide revenue and cost forecasts for assigned projects. Ensure accurate timecard entries aligned with project budget. Drive consistent consultant utilization in line with targets. Collaborate with technical delivery teams to assign the right resource at the right time. Define scope, objectives, and deliverables together with senior management and stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and resource allocation. Lead project meetings ensuring clear communication and alignment. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability. Handle escalations with internal and external stakeholders. Provide proper project closure to both internal teams and customers. Monitor and report customer satisfaction. Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Analyze and interpret data to support business initiatives and communicate insights. Apply best practices and methodologies consistently throughout delivery.

Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years

of project management experience in

IT Services / Professional Services . Proven experience managing IT solution implementation projects. Ability to work independently and lead projects end-to-end. Demonstrated success managing escalations and pressing situations. Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels. Very strong communication and presentation skills (verbal/written). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Experience applying creativity and best practices to solve complex problems. Solid understanding of project management tools: Microsoft Project Microsoft Office (others are a plus) Ability to adapt to dynamic, international environments. Fluent English

plus

Italian and Spanish. PMP / PRINCE2 certification (nice to have). Willingness to travel when required. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
