Role Description

~5 years of experience ~ Hands-on maintenance and support

of

Windows and Mac computers

. ~ Management of Active Directory

and administration of users and permissions. ~ Administration of all types of printers

, including

Zebra and ink-based models

. ~ Creation and management of Microsoft 365 accounts

. ~ Integration and onboarding of devices

for new users. ~ Configuration of computers using Intune ~ Management of VLANs and Cisco network infrastructure

. ~ Troubleshooting and daily technical support

to ensure smooth IT operations. ~ Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

Qualifications

Higher education degree in Network Administration

, or a

university degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields

. Additional certifications

are a plus, such as

Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, or other IT-related certifications

. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience

in IT systems administration, networking, and technical support. Excellent command of English
