Role: Internship, Global Recruitment Consultant Office: Madrid or Aranjuez Industry: Executive Search

If you are a high-achiever who thrives in a sophisticated, fast-paced environment, our 3 to 6 month internship program could be for you. You will be trained across the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, learning how we identify and place C-suite and senior-level leaders into the world's most innovative companies.

Eligibility : This program is specifically for students in their Penultimate Year of study or those confirmed to start a Master’s degree in September 2026.

Market Mapping : Researching global companies in Engineering, Life Science and IT to identify hiring gaps. Lead Generation : Identifying key decision-makers (CEOs, VPs, Founders) and learning how to position Flowtec as their global growth partner. Strategic Outreach : Shadowing senior consultants on pitch calls and learning how to negotiate agreements. Headhunting : Learning how to find "passive" talent people who aren't looking for jobs but are the best in their field. Interviewing : Conducting initial phone screens to assess a candidate’s technical and soft skills Network Building : Using LinkedIn Recruiter and our internal CRM to build a "hotlist" of top talent.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for students who want to be more than just "interns."

You should have:

Academic Enrolment: Confirmed Master’s placement or entering your final year of University. The "Hunter" Mentality: You are naturally competitive and driven by results. Team work: Whether in sports or academics, you have a “win” mentality Communication: You are sophisticated, articulate, and comfortable speaking to senior industry leaders. Native or bilingual fluency in one or more of the following: German, Dutch, French, Swedish, or Italian Resilience: You have a growth mindset and can bounce back from challenges with energy

Our internship program is our primary pipeline for our Graduate Academy. If you knock it out of the park this summer, you could walk back to campus with a permanent job offer waiting for you when you graduate.
