AI Chatbot Engineer (LLMs & NLP)

Must reside in Spain )? We have an exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural team.

The role involves building conversational AI solutions and collaborating with an international team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Experience developing

conversational AI applications

. Proficiency in Python, Go, or C++. Strong knowledge of

Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning

. Experience with AI frameworks such as

TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar

. Familiarity with

open-source ML tools

(e.g., Hugging Face). Experience with

Generative AI models

such as GPT or other LLMs. Knowledge of AI model evaluation and testing, especially for GenAI systems. Innovative mindset and interest in staying current with emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy

conversational AI solutions

using leading platforms (e.g., Cognigy, Salesforce, Microsoft, Google). Apply

Generative AI, NLP, and ML techniques

to improve virtual assistants. Research and integrate new AI advancements (e.g., Agentic AI). Develop

Proofs of Concept (PoCs)

to validate new ideas. Assess AI tools and solutions and recommend improvements. Perform specialized testing (prompt engineering, response quality, safety, and ethics). Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams. Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of AI applications.
