Key Requirements
Diploma or degree
in
Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences
, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years' clinical support experience
in
interventional cardiology, radiology, vascular surgery
, or
cath lab environments
; or at least
1 year in medical device case support or clinical research
.
Familiarity with
coronary or peripheral intervention devices
, such as
IVL, atherectomy, PTA/PTCA, or imaging catheters
.
Technically proficient in
console setup, catheter preparation
, and
procedural imaging workflows
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
guide and educate medical professionals
.
Willingness to
travel frequently
and provide
on-call support
when needed.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
Role & Responsibilities
Clinical Support & Training
Provide
real-time, in-person clinical support
during IVL procedures, ensuring effective and safe system usage.
Guide clinicians on
device preparation, imaging
, and
delivery techniques
.
Deliver
structured training programmes
to physicians, nurses, cath lab teams, and field staff.
Offer
remote clinical support
via scheduled and on-call video/phone conferences.
Train and certify distributors both
on-site and online
, covering procedural competency, troubleshooting, and product knowledge.
Maintain
flexibility for urgent case coverage
, including last-minute calls or regional travel.
Clinical Education & Therapy Development
Lead
technical presentations and product workshops
at hospitals, clinical symposia, and distributor meetings.
Develop strong partnerships with
interventional cardiologists and cath lab personnel
to encourage adoption and continued usage.
Support the execution of
local registries and observational studies
, including IRB coordination and data collection.
Collaborate with
Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
to facilitate protocol development, clinical feedback, and publications.
Clinical Research & Feedback Collection
Present and support materials such as
study protocols, IFUs, CRFs
, and clinical trial guidelines.
Assist with
post-market follow-ups
and
monitoring of clinical data integrity
.
Serve as a liaison between clinical users and internal
Marketing
or
R&D teams
, relaying real-world feedback and suggestions.
Help document
case studies
, product performance insights, and
adverse event reports
.
Operational Duties & Reporting
Maintain accurate documentation of
site visits, training sessions
, and
clinical support events
using CRM tools.
Complete
expense reports, training logs
, and
clinical records
in a timely manner.
Provide support to
strategic accounts
across wider European regions when required.
Benefits & Compensation
Annual salary:
CN¥300,000 – CN¥500,000
