Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist based in Madrid. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and IT systems to ensure seamless business operations. Daily responsibilities include managing help desk support, performing hardware repairs, maintaining desktop computers, and addressing user concerns efficiently. The specialist will also contribute to optimizing IT infrastructure and ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.

Qualifications Technical Support and Help Desk Support experience to assist users effectively and resolve technical issues efficiently Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems Expertise in Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems to ensure proper maintenance and operations • Strong verbal and written communication skills (e.g. reporting), with the ability to run workshops for information collation • Works on projects of moderately medium-complex scope, and able to work with intercompany teams • Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures • Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations • Basic support of datacenter and application architecture • Ability to plan, implement, and monitor computer and printer/scanner networks (e.g. file server) • Troubleshoot basic network issues and understands the administering of switches, routers, and firewalls • Knowledge of backup, tape, and exchange infrastructures
