About the Opportunity We are seeking a

Senior Data Engineer

to support business operations and international technology projects across the full project lifecycle. This role combines technical execution, consulting expertise, and operational support within a service‑driven, customer‑oriented environment aligned with ITIL, ISO 20K and ISO 27K standards. The position is offered

exclusively to freelancers

and requires a

hybrid presence of 2 days per week in the office . The initial contract is for

6 months , with potential extensions based on performance and project needs.

Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Solution Design Lead and support all project lifecycle stages: requirements gathering, gap analysis, documentation, customizing, testing, key‑user training, data migration, cutover, and Go‑Live support. Provide technical solutions aligned with enterprise compliance frameworks (ISO 20K, ISO 27K, ICS, SoD). Deliver project milestones on time and with high quality. Maintenance & Operations Execute maintenance tasks including incident, change, problem, and release management. Ensure fast and effective issue resolution in line with SLAs, especially during critical periods such as Month‑End Closing. Maintain system stability during cutover and go‑live phases. Documentation, Reporting & Knowledge Transfer Maintain and update all technical documentation according to standards. Conduct knowledge transfer, coaching, and training sessions for internal stakeholders. Report time incurred for services accurately and on time. Stakeholder & Requirements Management Engage with business users to gather, challenge, and refine requirements. Promote standardized solutions across regional teams. Collaborate effectively across international teams and diverse technical environments. Required Skills & Experience Consulting Background Minimum 2+ years as a Senior Consultant, ideally in technology or business transformation. Experience delivering international projects with full lifecycle ownership. Demonstrated experience working in ITIL‑driven environments and within ISO 20K / ISO 27K frameworks. Experience in similar global or industrial environments is an advantage. Technical Expertise Essential: 3+ years of Data Engineering experience 2+ years in Data Analytics on AWS Hands‑on experience with Apache Spark (PySpark) Strong programming skills in Python and SQL Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow Familiarity with Docker and ECS Nice to have: Experience with open‑source tools: Kafka, dbt Programming experience in Java Knowledge of relational and non‑relational databases Experience with QlikView and QlikSense Experience with Databricks Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies Language Skills English:
