For its subsidiary, we are currently looking for a
Connectivity Manager Hotel Business (m/f/d)
to join the team as soon as possible.
Your Role
As a Connectivity Manager Hotel Business, you will be responsible for the acquisition, technical integration, and management of regional and international channel managers within the hospitality sector.
Leveraging your strong commercial mindset, you will build strategic partnerships, support their technical implementation, and continuously develop existing client relationships in a structured and analytical way.
Your Responsibilities
Acquire new distribution solutions, including negotiation and contract management (focus on partners utilizing ARI data)
Manage and develop relationships with connected system partners on both a strategic and operational level
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Owners, and Development teams during implementation and ongoing operations
Onboard new hotel partners to third-party providers and channel managers
Monitor and manage costs and KPIs
Analyze, evaluate, and present new strategic partnership opportunities
Maintain technical documentation for all integrations
Manage and update data in back-office and CRM systems
Drive process improvements in collaboration with internal project teams
Your Profile
Several years of experience in integrating distribution solutions within the hospitality industry
Proven track record in business development, negotiation, and partner acquisition
Additional experience in procurement (hotel or OTA) is a plus
Strong industry knowledge in hospitality, leisure, and tourism
Solid understanding of both technical and commercial concepts
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with internal and external stakeholders
Self-driven, structured, and independent working style
High level of commitment, initiative, and flexibility
Fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required for Barcelona)
Willingness to travel occasionally
