What You Will Do

Cybersecurity Product Manager / Director

, you will play a central role in defining, building, and scaling our product, bridging customer needs, security expertise, and technical execution. You will: Define and lead NeuralTrust’s product vision and roadmap, aligning business goals with market needs. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle — from discovery and conceptualization to delivery and iteration. Work closely with enterprise clients to deeply understand their AI security challenges and translate them into product capabilities. Partner with Engineering, Design, and Security teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. Drive product strategy based on real-world usage, customer feedback, and evolving AI/security trends. Lead complex customer engagements, ensuring successful implementation and long-term value realization. Identify new product opportunities at the intersection of AI, security, and enterprise workflows. Act as a product evangelist in executive conversations, industry events, and strategic discussions. Build and mentor a high-performing product organization as we scale.

⭐️ About You We’re looking for a senior product leader with strong strategic thinking, customer empathy, and experience building complex enterprise products. 4–6+ years of experience in cybersecurity Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and frameworks such as CASB, SASE, DLP, EDR, MDM, etc. Knowledge of cybersecurity processes like incident response, threat modelling, etc. Passion for building and scaling Enterprise B2B products. Previous experience is not required, but a basic understanding of products and a good taste for user experience Strong consulting mindset - able to translate ambiguous client needs into structured product solutions. Experience working closely with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences. Strong hands-on execution capabilities. Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain (hybrid role).
