Job Description:

The Level 1 IP Network SPOC is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects related to level 1 IP network. This includes ensuring effective operation, meeting organizational objectives, and managing relevant tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the level 1 ip network team. Develop and implement strategies and policies for level 1 IP networks. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. 8-5, rest on call mode of working (24 Hrs support) Single Point of Contact for customer for Technical program governance, Root cause analysis, meetings, reporting etc for Video domain

Qualifications:

3y+ of experience Bachelor's degree in the Telco/IT field. Extensive experience in level 1 ip network. Strong leadership and management skills. Experience in DSLAM, OLT and IP with Huawei and Nokia. Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools: Cisco, Cyclades, Fortinet, Huawei, Juniper, Linux, Nokia, Nortel, Teldat, S.A., Telnet, Inelcom. Spanish & English professional level speaking candidates NOC Operations experience is must (L1 Monitoring and L2 Support)
