Responsibilities User-Facing Feature Development

: Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable React components that deliver exceptional user experiences. Responsive Design and Performance Optimization

: Optimize components for a variety of devices and browsers while writing clean, maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices. State Management Implementation

: Utilize state management libraries such as Redux to effectively manage application state in complex, enterprise-scale projects. Cross-Functional Collaboration

: Work closely with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features. Type-Safe Development

: Leverage TypeScript to improve type safety, code quality, and maintainability in large-scale applications. Testing and Quality Assurance

: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and maintainability using frameworks such as Cypress and React Testing Library. Continuous Learning

: Stay current with the evolving React ecosystem and emerging front-end technologies to drive innovation and best practices.

Required Skills React.js Expertise

: In-depth knowledge and proficiency with core React concepts including components, state management, props, JSX syntax, and modern JavaScript features (ES6+). Design Systems and Collaboration

: Strong experience working with design systems, utilizing Figma for design collaboration, implementing Mantine library components, and building/utilizing Storybook components while closely partnering with UX designers. Modern JavaScript Proficiency

: Solid understanding of modern JavaScript features including arrow functions, classes, modules, and promises to enhance code readability and maintainability. Front-End Build Tools

: Practical experience with front-end build tools such as Vite and package managers (npm or yarn) for development workflows, bundling, and dependency management. Version Control and CI/CD

: Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative development, including hands-on experience with Git Actions for continuous integration and deployment workflows. API Integration

: Demonstrated ability to fetch data from and interact with RESTful APIs to build dynamic, data-driven applications. Testing Framework Mastery

: Proficiency in comprehensive testing practices, integrating tests within CI/CD pipelines, and utilizing end-to-end testing frameworks such as Cypress and Playwright. Candidates must demonstrate full responsibility and accountability for the quality and thorough testing of their code before integration with the broader application stack.
