About DCID Design DCID Design creates calm, nature-connected homes for clients across Costa del Sol. We manage projects end-to-end, from design to purchasing, delivery, installation, and final interior details. We’re a small team, so you’ll be close to everything and have real responsibilities. The role We are looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial assistant who can do a little of everything and become main designers’ hand in the business. This role is for someone who wants to grow with a small business, not a narrow job description. The most important thing is your attitude: you’re driven, positive, a problem solver, and you have a burning passion for interior design and holistic spaces.

What you’ll do Purchasing and order management Supplier communication and follow-ups (Spain and Europe) Delivery coordination, tracking, and problem-solving Keeping project details organised (product lists, budgets, timelines) Build new processes, templates and ways of working Website administration and updates, including web shop management Create and send monthly new letters and other marketing documents Client communication in English and Spanish Support on installation days and final interior details when needed

You’re a great fit if you Love interiors and have a strong eye for detail Are organised, proactive, and calm under deadlines Are familiar with building new processes, templates and ways of working Communicate clearly in fluent English and have good Spanish (able to speak with suppliers and on-site

teams) Are comfortable with tools like MS office, Canva, Hubspot, Wordpress and spreadsheets Have some experience in interior design, architecture or project/admin coordination (junior is ok)

Requirements Languages: Fluent English required. Good Spanish level or higher (able to speak with suppliers and on-site teams) Driving licence required Able to work on-site in Benalmadena Reliable, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility in a small team Flexibility, occasionally installation or delivery days can be longer. For which you will of course be compensated.

Bonus skills (nice to have) SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or 3D rendering tools Sourcing furniture and materials in Spain/Europe Social media content support (light help, not the main job)
