Position:

Technical Support Specialist – Agricultural Machinery Navigation Location: Spain (home-based with regular travel required) Salary Range: 2500-3500 (Eur) Per month Job Summary: Provide technical support for agricultural machinery navigation products. Support local customers, distributors, and partners by handling installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, training, and after-sales support. Ensure smooth operation of large agricultural machinery navigation systems across the region. Key Responsibilities: 1. Install, configure, and maintain navigation systems for large agricultural machinery (tractors, sprayers, harvesters, etc.). 2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers and partners. 3. Conduct on-site training for end-users and distributors. 4. Collaborate with local sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Travel for field support (~50% annually; up to 70% during peak seasons). Candidate Profile: 1. Hands-on experience operating or supporting large agricultural machinery. 2. Familiarity with agricultural navigation systems or automated driving assistance is a plus. 3. 1 year of relevant experience; junior candidates with strong practical skills are welcome. 4. Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities. Language & Eligibility: 1. Fluency in Spanish required. 2. Legal authorization to work in Spain 3. English able to communication with international teams.
