Our client is a leading international consulting group specializing in Human-centered systems engineering and applied design, supporting major industrial clients in complex transformation projects. As part of its growth in Spain, the group is looking to strengthen its local management structure.

We are looking for a Business Unit Manager to lead and develop the client’s Spanish operations. Reporting to Group Management, the role combines team leadership, business development and strategic growth. Main responsibilities of the Business Unit Manager will be to: Drive business development and secure new assignments. 5–8+ years’ experience in human factors, UX or complex systems engineering. ~ Proven experience in team management, project leadership and client relationship management. ~ Demonstrated exposure to business development in industrial or engineering environments.

~ Master’s degree in Engineering or Human Factors.

Binligual in Spanish and English. Permanent, full-time position.
