Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant
to support the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing enhancement of
Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
. The consultant may specialise in
Order to Cash (O2C)
,
Procure to Pay (P2P)
, or
Record to Report (R2R)
; candidates with strong Oracle Fusion Financials experience in
any one or more
of these process areas will be considered.
The role will involve close collaboration with finance stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to ensure Oracle Fusion solutions align with business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or support the
implementation and configuration
of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules aligned to O2C, P2P, and/or R2R processes
Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations
Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including but not limited to:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Cash Management (CM)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Expenses (as applicable)
Support
end-to-end business process design
, process optimisation, and best-practice adoption
Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user documentation
Execute and support
SIT, UAT, and cutover activities
Provide support for data migration, reconciliations, and financial reporting validation
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, extensions, and reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher)
Support post-go-live activities, including issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a
Functional Consultant
working with
Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
Strong hands-on experience in
at least one
of the following process areas:
Order to Cash (O2C)
Procure to Pay (P2P)
Record to Report (R2R)
Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles
Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials configuration and setup
Ability to work directly with finance stakeholders and translate business needs into system solutions
Experience supporting testing cycles and go-live activities
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Desirable / Nice to Have
Experience across
multiple
finance process areas (O2C, P2P, and R2R)
Oracle Fusion certifications (Financials or related modules)
Experience with financial reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
Experience working on global or multi-entity implementations
Exposure to integrations with other Oracle or third-party systems
Personal Attributes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
Comfortable working in fast-paced project environments
Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
