Business Analyst specialized in financial reporting and BI

to join an exciting international data transformation project in a leading multinational company in the automotive and mobility sector.

This role is part of a

Data Driven Organization initiative

, where global reporting and business intelligence processes are being standardized across all regions (Europe, Asia, Americas).

The position will focus on

aligning finance and controlling reporting requirements with a global BI reporting and data lake architecture

, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Conduct GAP analysis between local processes and the global BI/reporting model Identify and translate regulatory, tax, and business-specific requirements into functional documentation Gather and analyze

financial and controlling reporting requirements Act as a bridge between business and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle Define data requirements, mappings and reporting logic for BI solutions Collaborate with distributed and multicultural teams (design, development, QA, business) Proven experience as a

Business Analyst or Functional Analyst

in BI, reporting or financial process environments Experience gathering and structuring business and data requirements Strong skills in process analysis and gap identification High level of English (C1), used daily in international teams Basic understanding of

SQL and BI/reporting tools

(Power BI, Tableau, SAP BO or similar) is a plus Understanding of

financial processes, controlling or regulatory reporting

is highly valued Experience with

SAP FI/CO or ERP financial data structures
