WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ ~4–6 years of experience

as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst. ~ Strong proficiency in

requirements elicitation and functional analysis

technical environments

(understanding of APIs, data flows, and legacy systems). ~ Experience in

banking sector

(critical requirement). ~ Experience with

risk analysis and mitigation

in high-impact projects. ~ Familiarity with

transactional systems

(e.g., COBOL for logging) and modern architectures. ~ Solid knowledge of

SQL
