The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated
Software Sales Representative
to join a dynamic sales team. With over
6 years of proven experience in Enterprise Software Sales (B2B)
, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and delivering innovative solutions to complex business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Client Relations:
Drive new business development and expand relationships with existing clients.
Oversee key account management and lead high-value negotiations.
Ensure the annual sales quota is consistently met.
Guarantee client satisfaction and retention through strategic interaction and solution alignment.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market strategies.
Provide product development feedback based on customer insights and market demands.
Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
Execute a territory business plan aligned with company goals.
Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
Focus on pipeline generation, sales cycle advancement, and commercial process compliance.
Prepare executive-level reports and monthly accurate sales forecasts.
Technical Requirements
Languages:
Native/Fluent Spanish and
English (C1 level)
.
Experience:
6+ years in Enterprise IT Software Sales.
Industry Focus:
Proven experience in the
Banking or Insurance
sectors.
Sales Expertise:
Strong knowledge of complex sales processes and IT ecosystems.
Track Record:
Proven history of meeting or exceeding quotas in complex environments.
Education:
University degree in Business or related fields.
Methodologies:
Familiarity with consultative selling (e.g.,
Challenger, MEDDIC
) is highly valued.
Nice to have:
Experience in ECM, CCM, or process digitalization solutions.
