Media Buyer Supervisor

to join our dynamic team in Yerevan, Armenia. In this critical role, you will lead our media buying efforts, optimizing campaigns to drive user acquisition and brand growth in the competitive iGaming sector.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee media buying strategies across various digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, affiliate networks). Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI and achievement of KPIs. Manage relationships with media partners, publishers, and affiliate sources. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of media buyers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills. Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and advertising channels.

Qualifications: Proven experience in media buying, preferably within the iGaming industry. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.) and tracking tools. Experience managing budgets and optimizing for high-volume user acquisition. Leadership experience or the ability to mentor junior team members is highly desirable. Willingness to relocate full-time to Yerevan, Armenia
