Legal Assistant Paralegal

Job Responsibilities Coordinate the economic substance of companies within the area of responsibility (coordinate communication with management, shareholders and UBO, office and staff issues, communication, business profile, etc.) Giving support in preparing everything needed for opening and setting up of new companies (including rent of office space, bank accounts, staff (UBO), legal documentation, business plan, etc.) Communication with banks: preparation documents for opening new bank accounts, where required, assistance with responding to compliance or KYC dept., preparation of requested documents Coordinate routine legal support of legal entities within the area of responsibility Organize the documents for legal entities of the group Participation in substance improvement/creation for existing companies Oversee the processes for substance (such as online presence) Be involved in all company’s audits Required Hard Skills Languages: fluency in English, others are nice to have (Spanish, Russian, etc)

Required Soft Skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Self-starter and self-motivated with a passion to learn and grow Proactive and able to identify issues, legal risks, and potential liabilities Attention to details Adaptability to fast-paced environment Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Law will be a plus Experience in opening and further support of new Legal Entities in min. 2 counties Experience in collaboration with banks and EMIs including opening accounts in various financial institutions Understanding of ordinary bank practices and requirements
