We are looking for a
Team Coordinator
to join our new team in Ibiza!
In this role, you will handle all administrative tasks, support the commercial and legal teams, and help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will be a key part of maintaining operational efficiency and contributing to the success of our Ibiza office.
Key responsibilities
Provide operational support to the Sales team across the full property lifecycle, from onboarding listings to deal completion
Coordinate invoicing, financial follow-ups, and internal reporting to support business performance
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all listing and client records are up to date
Act as CRM specialist, optimizing workflows and supporting digital tools and IT needs
Partner with Commercial and Legal teams to streamline transactions and ensure smooth processes
Contribute to marketing initiatives, including listing launches, campaigns, and brand visibility
Help create a best-in-class client experience by welcoming clients and supporting viewings and meetings
Prepare sales insights, presentations, and performance reviews to support strategic decision-making
Support and grow our social media presence, helping showcase properties, team activity, and brand storytelling
Collaborate with HR on onboarding, team coordination, and internal culture initiatives to keep the office running at its best
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles
Fluency in English and Spanish
Positive, creative, and motivated attitude
Ability to work independently and within a diverse team
Ability to stay calm under pressure and strong organizational skills
Passion for teamwork and collaboration
Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency; Salesforce experience is a plus
