We are looking for a

M365 Functional Solutions Consultant

to join our team, helping us evolve our internal applications, improve business processes, and accelerate digital transformation across the organization.

What you’ll do: Lead and manage projects related to the evolution of internal tools and applications. Conduct requirements gathering with business stakeholders and translate needs into clear functional specifications. Coordinate project activities, timelines, and milestones, ensuring smooth execution. Design and validate digital solutions built primarily on

Microsoft Power Platform

(Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint) — leveraging automation and AI whenever possible. Support testing, training sessions, and deployments. Collaborate closely with Viscofan technical teams, partners, key users, and stakeholders across the organization. Participate in system integrations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll bring: Experience in

project management

and familiarity with

ITIL methodologies . Strong functional understanding of

Microsoft Power Platform : Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse SharePoint

Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Planner, OneDrive, etc.). Fluency in English. Knowledge of

Copilot Studio . Microsoft certifications. Experience with

BPM Agile NX‑XRM . Experience with RPA tools (BluePrism, UiPath, etc.) or AI‑powered automation. Technical knowledge in PowerFX, C#, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power BI, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps.
