Olympus Foods Iberia is the Spanish affiliate of Hellenic Dairies Group, a third-generation family-owned company and the leading dairy producer in Southeastern Europe, present in 47 countries worldwide.
Based in Poblenou, Barcelona, we are a small, agile, and entrepreneurial team dedicated to growing the Olympus brand in the Iberian market with high-quality, authentic Mediterranean dairy products.
We are looking for a Sales Support & Operations Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our commercial activities, coordinating logistics operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business execution in Spain.
Organize and maintain commercial documentation and internal records
• Support general office administration and coordination tasks
Native-level Spanish and excellent English (both written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience in a commercial, administrative, or logistics-related role is a plus
• Experience in the food or FMCG industry is a strong advantage
• Experience with SAP ERP is a plus
A hands-on role with exposure to both commercial and operational aspects of the business
