The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing a clearly identified list of strategic accounts for the defence.

What is the job description for the Key Account Manager?

As a Key Account Manager, you will have to: Define the account strategy (short, medium, long term); Identify business and security issues for customers; Prospect and detect new opportunities; Build sustainable relationships with decision-makers; Coordinate involved partners; Maintain an accurate account mapping; Maintain all customer information up to date within the CRM; Ensure structured reporting; Pilot a pipeline and a forecast over several sliding months within the CRM.
