About the Role

We’re looking for a

Design & Content Intern

to join our Madrid office.

Youll work closely with our Growth Marketing Manager to create visual and written content that drives engagement, educates our audience, and positions Devengo as a leader in instant A2A payments across Europe.

This is not a \"resize logos\" internship. Youll work on projects that matter — your designs will go live, your ideas will be heard, and youll get to experiment with AI tools that are reshaping creative work.

What You’ll Do

Design & Visual Content

Create graphics for LinkedIn, website, landing pages, ads and email campaigns Design presentation decks, one-pagers, and sales materials Develop branded templates and visual systems for our marketing team Produce short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics for social media

Content Creation Write engaging copy for social media posts, ads, and newsletters Help craft case studies, blog articles, and customer success stories Support event materials (booth graphics, swag, digital assets) Collaborate on messaging frameworks for product launches and campaigns

AI & Innovation

Experiment with AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, etc.) to speed up content production Test automation workflows for content distribution and design templates Help the team stay ahead of the curve with new creative tools and trends

About You Youre studying or recently graduated from a

Bachelors or Masters

in Design, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Audiovisual Media, or related fields. You have a

solid portfolio

(even personal projects count!) showing design and content skills Youre skilled in

design tools : Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), or Canva You love

storytelling

— you know how to make complex fintech concepts feel simple and engaging Youre comfortable working in

Spanish and English

(B2 or higher) Youre curious about

AI tools

and how theyre changing creative work Youre

organized, proactive , and can handle multiple projects at once Bonus: You understand social media trends, B2B marketing, or have an interest in fintech
