Customer Lifecycle Management:
Lead the journey from remote onboarding through to renewal, ensuring a seamless and high-value experience.
Health Monitoring:
Proactively assess customer satisfaction and health metrics to mitigate risks and ensure high retention rates.
Value Delivery:
Ensure customers realize the full potential of our services, leading to long-term partnerships.
Experience:
4+ years in customer success or account management within professional services or SaaS.
Technical Savvy:
Strong understanding of
CRM technology
and digital transformation principles.
Remote Work Competence:
Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, maintaining high levels of collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written Spanish & English skills, capable of building rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
