As we continue scaling across Europe, we are expanding our commercial team with high-impact senior sales profiles.
We are seeking for a proactive and driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing and enhancing client relationships, mainly with mid-market accounts and skilled in driving customer satisfaction and upselling within those relationships.
3-5 years of professional experience in Account Management/Customer Success
~ Experience proactively upselling additional services and products to existing clients.
~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from customer data to inform upsell opportunities.
~ English C1+, Spanish and/or Italian, portuguese as native language
