Backend Developer (SENIOR)

PandaGo is dedicated to building sustainable cities by simplifying the adoption of electric mobility solutions for businesses and their employees. This is a full-time remote role for a Mid-Senior Backend Engineer. The Backend Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust back-end solutions to support PandaGo's platform, and ideally be comfortable jumping into the React interfaces our users interact with daily when needed. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software performance and scalability, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and contribute to designing APIs and system architecture. Build backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI is a plus). Contribute to discussions around API design, data modeling, and service architecture. Work with SQL and analytical data storage. Contribute to React-based frontend interfaces when needed. Solid Python backend engineering experience (4–6+ years overall). Strong understanding of API design, data modeling, and database fundamentals. Exposure to cloud data tools (BigQuery, SQL warehouses) is a plus. Experience with React is a strong plus; Strong focus on code quality and maintainability. 100% remote ~ Real opportunity for growth into Senior+ roles
