Growth Marketing Lead

We’re looking for a Growth Mktg Lead who thinks beyond channels and tactics — someone experienced enough to focus on sustainable growth, not just short-term wins.

Growth Mktg Lead (P/T, Remote – ES) Foxelli Corporate Group is a UK-based international company operating across e-com and digital brand building. We focus on sustainable, data-driven growth and long-term market expansion — not vanity metrics or isolated tactics.

This is a P/T, fully remote setup based in ES. It’s not about running campaigns in silos. You’ll own the growth direction, work closely with Product and commercial teams, and help shape how growth decisions are made across the business.

What you’ll be responsible for: Defining and leading the overall growth mktg strategy across channels Reviewing performance data to identify scalable growth opportunities Working with Product, Sales, and Content to improve the full customer journey Designing and running experiments (A/B tests, funnel opt., CRO) Turning insights into clear priorities and actionable initiatives

What we’re looking for: 3+ yrs in Growth / Perf. / Digital Mktg Strategic, hands-on, and genuinely data-driven Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes Exp. with remote, intl. teams is a plus Professional EN proficiency (req.)

Range: €2–3k / month (P/T), based on exp. & impact.
