Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our RPO team for a major multinational bank in Madrid. Hybrid model: 3-4 days per week on-site in Madrid

Responsibilities Manage the

end-to-end recruitment process

: role briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback and offer support. Publish job postings across different platforms and channels (job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, etc.). Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews (phone, video and on-site), using structured assessment methods. Recruit and evaluate a

wide variety of profiles

: finance, technology, corporate roles, middle management and executive positions. Participate in recruitment processes for

Artificial Intelligence and advanced digital profiles

. Prepare candidate reports and shortlist presentations for hiring managers. Maintain and update the candidate database/ATS, ensuring data quality and useful segmentation.

Required Skills ~5+ years of experience

in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, managing the full recruitment cycle in an RPO, recruitment consultancy, tech company or multinational environment. ~ Proven experience hiring

diverse profiles

: banking/finance, technology, corporate functions and senior roles. ~ Experience in recruiting profiles related to

Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics

will be highly valued. ~ Strong track record collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements and hiring strategies. ~ Solid experience using job boards and recruitment tools, especially

LinkedIn Recruiter

; experience with

Workday

or other ATS is a plus. ~ Comfortable working with reports, KPIs and basic analytics for recruitment activity and performance. ~ High level of English.
