to grow and strengthen our retail presence in

Spain . This role is initially field-focused, working closely with stores to ensure excellent execution and brand visibility, and will evolve into a leadership role as the business scales. Key Responsibilities Be present in stores to drive best-in-class retail execution and brand representation. Build strong relationships with retail partners and store teams. Execute POSM and in-store activation plans to improve visibility and sell-out. Support product launches through field feedback and retail training. Collect and analyze retail insights to continuously optimize execution. Gradually build and lead a local retail team and drive long-term retail excellence. Requirements 5+ years of experience in retail management, trade marketing, or channel management in Spain. Experience in consumer electronics or home appliances is a strong plus. Fluent in

Spanish and English . Willing to travel frequently within Spain. Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution and analytical skills.
