Role Title: SAP EWM (Spanish Speaking) Location : Spain (Remote) Contract

Mandatory skills SAP EWM knowledge and Spanish speaking Warehouse operators and customer facing. Willingness to work in shifts, including Night Shift. Desired skills Responsible for Level 1 Support for EWM business team. Worked in SNOW ticketing tool Worked in EWM space in ECC EWM 9.5 or S/4 HANA EWM 1909 or onwards Responsible for understanding of integration with Warehouse Automation and MES system Responsible for integrating with other satellite systems/vendors for issue analysis and resolution Responsible for liaising with client business teams and advising the client on day-to-day operations Responsible for coordinating with customer on day-to-day basis and win customer confidence Responsible for aligning with EWM IT team for Change Requests and execute informal testing Propose workarounds for issues needing immediate resolution
