Our TrinaTracker division specializes in the design, manufacture, and supply of advanced solar tracking systems for utility-scale photovoltaic projects.
We are looking to hire an
Assembly Project Manager
who will be responsible for the overall management of photovoltaic assembly projects, ensuring compliance with schedules, quality standards, costs, and contractual requirements. The main function will be to coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors, guaranteeing efficient execution and smooth communication with the client and the assembly department.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise the mechanical assembly activities of the assigned projects.
Carry out the economic control of the projects: cost tracking, certifications, invoicing to clients and subcontractors, as well as monthly project closings.
Act as the main point of contact with the client during the assembly phase, maintaining continuous communication and resolving technical or planning issues.
Coordinate with the Head of the Assembly Department to report on project status, deviations, and specific needs.
Maintain daily communication with the Site Managers assigned to the projects, monitoring progress, achieved milestones, and potential risks on site.
Attend weekly on-site meetings with the client and subcontractors, ensuring technical and planning alignment.
Prepare weekly and monthly technical and financial reports on project progress.
Collaborate with other departments (Procurement, Engineering, Quality, HSE, etc.) to ensure proper project execution.
Degree in Engineering or Higher Vocational Training, preferably in technical fields (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or similar).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in photovoltaic project management.
Proven experience in project cost control and certification/invoicing.
Knowledge of cost management, planning, and production control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and MS Project).
Minimum English level: B2.
Occupational Risk Prevention course (60 hours โ metal sector).
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to solve problems in dynamic project environments.
