we need a battle-tested sales leader who can architect a scalable sales machine while personally leading from the front on high-value deals. As the

Head of Sales

, you will own the UK P&L, optimize our automated outbound engine, and rapidly scale our market presence.

While SaaS or EdTech experience is mandatory, candidates bringing a deep network or experience within the

Logistics and Supply Chain

sectors will be given significant priority.

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing UK sales team, translating company targets into a rigorous, data-driven territory plan.

~ Pipeline Automation:

Design and optimize a "leak-proof" sales funnel using HubSpot and advanced sales automation tools to maximize rep efficiency.

~ Personally manage the full sales cycle for "Lighthouse" accounts, leveraging your existing network to shorten deal cycles

~ Identify and penetrate key verticals, with a specific focus on high-value opportunities within the Logistics and EdTech landscapes.

~ Performance Accountability:

Maintain radical transparency through CRM hygiene, delivering weekly reports on ARR, CAC, and LTV metrics.

~ Carry out high level demonstrations as the face of the team whilst efficiently collecting and leveraging qualitative and quantitative data.

Native English speaker with the executive presence to negotiate at the C-suite level within the UK market.

~ Minimum of 6 years in B2B sales specifically within a well-known startup or high-growth tech scale-up

~ Demonstrable success in SaaS or EdTech sales cycles.

~ Highly Desirable pre-existing network or deep industry knowledge within the Logistics, Supply Chain, or Freight sectors.

~ Power-user of HubSpot; you must be comfortable building workflows, sequences, and automation triggers without external support.

~ You must be able to demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-pound quotas (proven through specific ARR/MRR data).
