we are looking to hire an

International Regional Manager.

We are seeking a senior profile with strategic vision and full responsibility over an international region, combining commercial leadership, business development (territory and portfolio), and complete P&L management.

Your Mission

Lead the sustainable growth of the assigned region, ensuring commercial development, operational excellence, financial solidity, and a strategy aligned with the Group's global approach. Key Responsibilities Total P&L Accountability:

Optimization of revenue, margins, and OPEX. Leadership in forecasting and efficient resource allocation. Performance Management:

Monitoring KPIs and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Implementing corrective actions when necessary. Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE):

Supervision of subsidiaries’ sales teams and medical visit KPIs, as well as incentive schemes. Cross-functional Orchestration:

Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE): Supervision of local sales teams and medical visit KPIs, as well as incentive schemes. Negotiation of strategic partners:

Comprehensive management of the agreement cycle, from prospecting to implementation, including negotiation and due diligence. Portfolio & Business Development:

Driving the growth of the current product portfolio and identify gaps for future expansion. Lead regional launch strategies for new assets. Regulatory Strategy & Deployment:

Supervision of the regulatory roadmap and adaptation to pricing and reimbursement. Market & Competitive Intelligence:

Competitive analysis and transformation of insights into proactive commercial decisions.

Requirements

University degree in Health Sciences; an MBA or Master's in Economics/Business will be valued. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech sector. Proven experience in territory and P&L management. Solid track record in negotiating complex agreements and commercial management. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and pharmaceutical market access processes. Languages: Fluent professional English; Spanish; other languages will be valued.
