Germany

We are looking for an experienced
sales and business development professional
to drive growth for
ion exchange resins, membranes, specialty chemicals, and water treatment solutions
. This opportunity is open to applicants from across Europe and involves travel throughout various European countries, with Porto, Portugal serving as the primary base of operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead regional sales and business development across the water solutions business.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while strengthening key customer relationships
• Deliver
technical, solution-based sales
and support customer trials
• Work closely with global technical and application teams to develop winning proposals
• Track market trends and competitive activity to shape regional growth strategy
Who we’re looking for
•
8–15 years of experience
in ion exchange resins, specialty chemicals, or water/wastewater treatment
• Engineering background (Chemical / Mechanical / Environmental;
MBA preferred
)
• Strong consultative sales skills and proven regional market development experience
