Lead the B2B enterprise commercial strategy across Spain and Europe.
• Own revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement of commercial KPIs.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance B2B sales team.
• Structure, monitor, and optimize the full commercial funnel (pipeline, forecasting, conversion rates, ARPA).
• Position Founderz’s value proposition at C-level (HR, L&D, Innovation, Digital Transformation).
• Drive complex sales cycles (multi-stakeholder, multi-country).
• Ensure proper CRM discipline, opportunity tracking, and deal maturation.
• Identify new verticals, industries, and strategic partnership opportunities.
