Solutions Architect

Integrating auto-ID technologies with hardware as solutions, we tag identifiers to things and people at the site of business operations and feed data to IT systems for processing.Position Summary:Design and propose AIDC solutions (printers, barcode, RFID, mobile computing, related software solutions) in collaboration with sales and marketing, providing technical expertise, project support, client engagement, and documentation/training to ensure successful deployments.Role Purpose:Solution Design:Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements and business objectivesDesign comprehensive AIDC solutions that leverage printer and barcode systems, RFID technology, mobile computing, and related software solutionsDevelop detailed technical specifications and architecture diagrams to guide solution ImplementationInterface to the European Solution team and other software/solutions providersTechnical Expertise : Serve as a subject matter expert on AIDC technologies and industry best practicesStay updated on emerging trends and advancements in AIDC technologyProvide guidance and recommendations to clients and internal teams on solution design and implementationProject Support :Assist the sales team and technical manager in project planning and scoping activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional and multinational teams, including engineers, project managers, and sales representatives, to ensure successful project delivery.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during solution implementation.Client Engagement : Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss proposed solutions and address technical inquiriesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning their trust as a reliable technical advisor.
