Investment Associates as part of a planned expansion of the investment team in Q1 2026.

The firm invests in high-quality small and mid-sized businesses, partnering closely with management teams to drive long-term value creation. This is an excellent opportunity for high-calibre investment professionals to join a well-established platform with a strong track record in the Spanish mid-market.

The Role Investment Associates will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior team members on live transactions and portfolio support. Responsibilities will include:

Origination support, including market mapping, screening and initial investment analysis Financial modelling, valuation analysis and investment memo preparation Commercial, financial and operational due diligence support Active involvement in transaction execution, including coordination with advisers Ongoing portfolio company analysis and value creation initiatives Direct exposure to senior management teams and investment committee processes

Key Requirements: 3–6 years of total professional experience Background in private equity, investment banking, transaction services, corporate finance or strategy consulting Strong financial modelling and analytical skills Demonstrated interest in mid-market investing and value creation Spanish national, with full professional fluency in Spanish and English Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
