Your Role : As a Backend Engineer within the Cross-Connectors squad, you’ll play a key role in developing and scaling the company’s core platform. Your main responsibilities include: Designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, secure APIs Developing robust backend services in Python (Go is a strong plus ) Collaborating with Product and DevOps teams to turn business needs into technical solutions Ensuring the platform’s scalability, performance, and security Contributing to technical decisions and architectural discussions

Profile 2–5 years of experience in backend development Strong expertise in Python (Go experience highly valued) Solid understanding of API design and third-party integrations Good knowledge of SQL + ORM (SQLAlchemy) Experience with AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, IAM, etc.) Strong engineering culture: clean code, testing, CI/CD, agile mindset
