If you are a hands-on IT professional who enjoys being close to the business and making operations run smoothly, this role is for you. A global company is hiring a Senior Site Support Engineer to support critical environments such as manufacturing, R&D, commercial teams and training centers. You will act as the local IT backbone while collaborating with international IT teams on infrastructure and application projects.

Your Mission • Own on-site and remote IT support (hardware, software, network, printers, telephony) • Install, configure and maintain PCs, OS and standard applications • Manage incidents and service requests via ticketing system • Support servers and network deployments with global IT • Participate in application rollouts, testing, validation and IT projects

What You Bring • Degree or technical education in IT or related field • 5+ years in 2nd Level / Site Support • Strong troubleshooting across end-user and infrastructure • Solid experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI) • Strong communication and coordination skills • Fluent English (mandatory)
