As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. You will play a key role in workforce planning, talent development, organizational design, and change management, contributing to both employee engagement and overall business performance.
Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable people plans, including workforce planning, capability development, and organizational design.
Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.
Lead talent review, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Support change management initiatives, ensuring cultural alignment and employee readiness.
Monitor key HR metrics (turnover, engagement, productivity) and use data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Collaborate with HR teams (Learning, Compensation, People Services, Recruitment etc.) to effectively deploy HR programs.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related topics and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, local legislation, and best HR practices.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
~5–7 years of experience as an HRBP
~ Advanced knowledge of HR practices, workforce planning, and talent management.
~ Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
~ Deep understanding of HR processes, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
~ Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data for insights and recommendations.
~ Strong organizational and planning abilities; Hybrid work model (telework/face-to-face).
