Marketing Project Specialist

Camper is a contemporary footwear brand based on the Mediterranean island of Mallorca. Combining design-driven innovation with over 145 years of shoemaking heritage, we are a certified B Corp that creates collections inspired by the laid-back local lifestyle and the arts, fusing traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design. We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to create, implement and optimize email campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention, aligning with company values and objectives. This position is a maternity cover.

Design and execute effective email marketing strategies. - Create, test and optimize email templates. - Analyze and report on campaign performance in order to make continuous improvements. - Collaborate with the content and design team to ensure emails are consistent with brand identity. - Advanced knowledge of email marketing and automation tools. - Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Data analysis and metrics-driven decision making.

This position reports to the Digital Operations Manager.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field. - Minimum 2-3 years experience in email marketing. - In-depth knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot). - Knowledge of data analysis and content management tools. - Immediate start date with a flexible schedule.
