We are looking for an experienced

Microsoft Partnership Manager

to own and scale our strategic relationship with Microsoft. You will act as the

single point of accountability

for the Microsoft partnership, combining strategy, execution, and governance to deliver measurable business impact.

Define, activate, and govern a high-impact Microsoft partnership that accelerates growth, strengthens co-sell motions, and increases visibility within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Build and maintain

visible

,

trust-based relationships

with key Microsoft stakeholders through

regular field and on-site engagement

. Translate Microsoft priorities into

clear internal actions

, ensuring strong

alignment and positioning

across the organization.

Act as the primary and proactive interface for

Microsoft Account Executives and PDMs,

ensuring MDW is continuously top-of-mind. Proactively contribute to the activation of Microsoft go-to-market initiatives

(events, workshops, campaigns) in close coordination with Marketing. Ensure field awareness of

Microsoft eligibility programs

and constraints (e.g. Azure Innovate), in coordination with Marketing and Sales. Ensure data consistency across

Partner Center, CRM, pipeline and KPIs tracking. Own MDW

use cases and project references end-to-end

, working with Sales and Consulting teams to capture and articulate business value and impact. Maintain and refresh

project references

across sales materials, Microsoft assets, and the company website. Strengthen

account visibility with Microsoft

and internal sales teams. Package MDW products, services, and frameworks

to meet Microsoft Marketplace and co-sell readiness expectations.

Comfortable

operating

in

the field

,

building relationships

through regular on-site presence and direct engagement with Microsoft teams. Fluent in English and Spanish; Own a high-impact, visible role at the center of MDWโ€™s strategic partnership with Microsoft, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders on both sides. ~ Work closely with Microsoft and MDW leadership teams, influencing key initiatives and partnership priorities. ~ Drive tangible business results through partnership-led growth ~ Hybrid position in Madrid ~ 6 weeks holidays
