Lighting Product Development Manager

Responsibilities: Lead and guide a small team of Visualizers and CAD Drafters, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Plan and execute product implementation in line with Ideolux’s growth roadmap. Oversee product development within the PIM system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer demands. Collaborate with design, sales support, and supply chain teams to deliver efficient and reliable solutions. Manage the full product lifecycle—from concept and launch to continuous improvement. Coordinate directly with OEM partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure product quality. Report to the Directors with regular updates on team performance, product progress, and strategic initiatives. Track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications: Educational background in Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Product Manager or Team Leader. 3-5 years experience in the architectural lighting industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a results driven mindset. A passion for technical products and solutions – someone who loves technical challenges and innovation. Ability to balance technical knowledge with business strategy. Familiarity with international markets and product development processes. Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Figma, ERP, CRM. A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Schedule in UAE Standard time Monday to Friday 9:00am--6:00pm Saturday 9:30am- 12:30pm Sunday Off Total Working Hours 48 hours
