Inside Sales Representative – French Mid-Market
Location:
Barcelona, Spain (Office-based)
Are you a relentless "hunter" who thrives on the thrill of the chase? Do you want to represent a Fortune 500 leader while living in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities?
As an Inside Sales Representative for the French Market, you will be an engine of growth for Iron Mountain. You won’t just be managing accounts; you’ll be strategically identifying, prospecting, and closing new business within the French mid-market.
You will join a high-energy, results-driven team in Barcelona focused on helping organizations navigate digital transformation and secure their most critical assets.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and "hunt" new business opportunities within the French mid-market via cold calling, social selling, and email campaigns.
Strategic Prospecting: Research and map out key stakeholders (C-level, IT Managers, Legal) to understand their pain points in information management.
Consultative Selling: Conduct high-level discovery calls to align Iron Mountain’s digital and physical solutions with client needs.
Deal Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of French market trends and competitor activity to position our value proposition effectively.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Language Mastery: Native or near-native fluency in French is a must. Professional proficiency in English is required for internal collaboration.
The "Hunter" Mentality: You have a proven track record of cold prospecting and overcoming "no" to get to the "yes."
Sales Experience: experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or SaaS Sales (mid-market experience is a plus).
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong to optimize your workflow.
Proven ability in cold prospecting and consultative selling, with a track record of managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you can pivot from a friendly intro to a high-stakes negotiation with ease.
